e) 分析精密度高。
f) 制样简单,固体、粉末、液体样品等都可以进行分析。
缺点:
a)难于作绝对分析,故定量分析需要标样。
b)对轻元素的灵敏度要低一些。
c)容易受相互元素干扰和叠加峰影响。
